Code of Conduct

The Australian migration advice profession sets high standards. Migration Agents high levels of knowledge of Australian migration law and procedure and professional and ethical conduct elevates Australian agents to amongst the most professional in the world.

This Code of Conduct sets out in detail Migration Agents professional and ethical standards.

Clients can feel assured that the Code has legal force as it is set out in Schedule 2 of Regulation 8 of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998.
