The family migration category covers applicants who are sponsored by a relative, who is either an Australian citizen or permanent resident, to settle permanently in Australia. Visas include:-- Partner - Spouse, Prospective Marriage and Interdependent
- Child – Dependent or Adopted
- Parent – including Aged Dependent and Contributory
- Relative – Orphan or Remaining relative
